Yosemite Space is a small aerospace engineering company focused on developing and evaluating technologies for challenging space missions.
Founded in 2013, our experience spans space electronics, radiation-informed engineering, CubeSat and SmallSat development, prototyping, testing, and flight hardware.
We have taken concepts from early-stage development through component selection, hardware fabrication, testing, and flight. Our work combines practical engineering with mission-level thinking, with particular emphasis on COTS electronics, resilient space computing, and advanced space systems prototyping.
With in-house CNC machining and 3D printing capabilities, we can rapidly move ideas from digital designs to physical prototypes and test hardware.

Kathleen Morse, Ph.D. founded Yosemite Space to advance technologies that expand what is possible in space. Her career spans advanced materials, radiation effects, space electronics, CubeSat systems, experimental hardware, and emerging autonomous space systems.

Jeremy Zawodny has spent his life building software of various kinds on hardware that ranges from tiny microcontrollers to high-end server farms. For Yosemite Space he’s developed hardware evaluation and radiation testing frameworks, redundant CubeSat processors, and more.
